The IHIF event provided a platform for Wyndham to highlight its growth, strengthen partnerships, and engage with key stakeholders in the hospitality investment sector, particularly in the EMEA region. The personal goal of Dimitris Manikis is a lot of interaction with the clients , as he has the privilege of working together with 20 different nationalities, over India, Turkey, Greece, Mediterranean, Northern Europe . We had the luck to experience the best of Wyndham hospitality in the 3* Wyndham Deerfield Beach Resort, Florida. The hotel has been the center of tourism and recreation in Deerfield Beach for five decades, the whole time being a family business, started by David Chase, a polish immigrant and Holocaust survivor. Under the management of Claude Dubois since December 2017 the focus has been made to bring "the luxury service to the property" by enhancing the guest experience, great attention to detail and ultimately bringing the property to a higher level of service.

Under Dubois initiative , the property has also gone green and the Wyndham Deerfield Beach Resort was the first Wyndham hotel to achieve the highest level of Green Certification amongst 9200 properties. The work has paid off. Since Dubois took over, the hotel has won 5 awards. The property was recognized as the Best Wyndham Hotel worldwide within the Wyndham Groups of Hotels and Resorts. Our experience: best staff on the Island, best food, best service and best beach as well! A 3*star-hotel with a quality of 4.5* ? Yes, with Wyndham it is definitely possible.
